{Wishing for Spring…}

Is it Spring yet? I know, Winter just began, but I’m ready for Spring. Today was so warm here – 70 degrees. So I had to go outside with the kids. Here’s Miss B pretending I’m not nearby – refusing to look up. Tyler was so excited to be outside! He’s been dying to play outside for the past few days, but rain kept us in.

Being the last day of the year, I had to post some shots even though they don’t fit with the season. Happy New Year!!

(a little bit of faded vintage…)

Hi, you don’t know me. But I ran accross your blog of a friends blog, and I LOVE YOUR PHOTOS. I am a “budding” photographer (still in the learning process) and I just love all the things you do with your photos. I just bought photoshop CS3, and im learning how to use it (self teaching) and if you have any tips at all you don’t mind sharing I would really apprecaite it. Im trying to learn textures and decorative borders. Some of the video tutorials ive been watching are kinda confusing. lol. But isn’t it all. haha. Anyway, if you want to give me any tips or ideas how to make my photos better, I would really appreciate it. (when you have time, you look really busy with your own adorable kids) You can leave comments on my blog. I have a photography blog off my origional blog. Thanks in advance!!

{when mommy’s on the phone…}

I was on the phone today with a client and whenever ‘mommy’s on the phone’, Brielle is nowhere to be found. As soon as I hung up the phone I went up to her bathroom looking for her (she’s obsessed with brushing her teeth). She wasn’t there. Then I ran down stairs to my bedroom (she loves to ‘pretend’ she’s sleeping in mommy and daddy’s bed). She wasn’t there. Lastly I looked in my bathroom. There she was standing on my chair in front of the vanity putting on my make-up. I ran to get the camera and got this picture before she saw me (the colored image). When she heard the shutter she said in a guilty but enthusiastic voice, ‘Briella put make-up on – sooo cute. So pretty? Look at my lips.’ Then she looked in the mirror and smiled proudly at herself. She had gotten out my lip liner and put it on ‘like mommy’ she said. If I ever go out of the house with my lip liner going up my lip to my nose, someone please let me know ;-) {Notice how pretty she applied the lip liner to the area above her lip – oh so pretty Briella…}

As for my son… he was completely involved with his favorite thing right now. Miniature cars from the ‘CARS’ movie. He loves them! I got out my camera to take some ‘product shots’ but when my son saw what I was doing he asked if I could take pictures of his cars – he even lined some up for me. So I took a couple of pictures :) He was giddy as he arranged his cars for the ‘shoot’.
So smooth and shiny…
A little bit of texture…

n the last year we have observed the Ugg Traditional Crochet Tall boots stay 1 of the most common types made by this business. The boots originally came to prominence again in December 2007 for the reason that they were included in Oprah Winfrey’s Favorite Issues Checklist prior to ugg boots uk that Christmas. As a outcome of this endorsement by Oprah they grew to become so popular that it grew to become unattainable to get a pair of them till the spring of 2008.

Having said that it is not just that Oprah states that these boots are wonderful that tends to make them popular it is simply because they’re noticed being worn by other celebrities like Nicole Richie. Definitely of all of the types of boots that Ugg manufacture the Classic Crochet Tall is one of their most flexible. This can be because of the knitted exterior in the boot and the way in which you may wear them.

The boots can either be worn at their typical peak or when you wish to create a far more casual appear for your outfit then all you need to do is push them down. This slouched look which it is referred to operates greatest when sale ugg boots worn around a pair of cardi ugg boots jeans or having a long skirt.

It isn’t just that these boots look fantastic which is making them so well-known with style conscious ladies it’s that they maintain your feet warm in the winter and cool in the summer. These would be the varieties of boots that you don’t require to wear any socks with as the sheepskin sock liner removes moisture through the toes keeping ugg shoes them dry.

What you should know is these shoppinguggs boots are most effective worn with out socks as this assists to maximize the cushioning and warmth effect of the sheepskin from which they’re created. Even though you might be limited with regards to shade option as opposed to other cheap ugg australia boots , the black, mink or brown uggs sand Classic Crochet Tall boots look good with just about any outfit you have.

For those of you who have in no way worn black cardigan ugg boots before it’s most effective when you purchase a pair in a very size more compact than you would normally put on. You do not have to go down a complete size as these boots like all others produced by australian uggs are accessible in half sizes too. When worn they will need to really feel snug around your ft, but not so that they’re unpleasant. Also what you’ll locate with excellent top quality sheepskin fake ugg boots boots for instance the Ugg Classic Crochet Tall fashion is the fact that it gives a bit in excess of time and will being to mildew for your ft shape.

But be aware that one you have acquired 1 pair of ugg boots size 4 Classic Crochet Tall uggs uk boots you’re soon heading to want some additional. You don’t will need to limit your self to just this style of Uggs why not take into account purchasing some of the other great types that are out there from this corporation.

Oh my…I can’t believe how behind I am on blogging…

I always try to update my blog at least 3 times a week, but this past week has been completely nuts with packaging orders till the wee hours of the morning, wrapping Christmas gifts when my kids are soundly sleeping, baking-baking-baking, making goody bags for school and friends, going to holiday parties {couldn’t miss those fun times}, having a little one with strep and another one with a sick bug, and trying to find time for sleep ;-)

Anyway, it’s been a fun, challenging and busy month. I’m sure that’s the same for most of you reading this.

Had to leave you with one vintage Christmas picture of my kiddos that we used in our Christmas card this year {although it wasn’t vintage in the card since there were several other images that accompanied it}.
